At Stellar Property Preservation, we provide a full line of property preservation services including securing evictions, debris removal, lawn maintenance, winterization, maid services, and much more. Our mission is to provide stellar service to each property. We are skilled in promptly completing work orders to get properties in “stellar” condition to be marketed for sale.
We have a general contracting team capable of completing minor and major electrical repairs, dry walling and flooring, HVAC repairs, as well as maintenance and plumbing repairs. All subcontractors employed with us will be required to undergo an Aspen Grove background check.
